"Customer service was just okay"
I had to reach out about my order and it took a couple days before I heard back. They did end up answering my question, but it wasnt exactly fast. It wasnt a bad experience or anything, just felt average to me.

"Confusing advice about dog food"
I asked for some help picking food for my dog, but the advice I got was confusing. It literally felt like they were just trying to get me to buy whatever was sitting on the shelf instead of actually helping me figure out what was best.

"Fast shipping for the price"
My order showed up quickly, which I was happy about since I’m always a bit picky about what I’m paying for shipping. The only downside was the tracking didn’t update until a little late, but overall it got here faster than I expected.

"Pretty clean store, honestly"
I stopped in today and, well, I was actually kind of impressed by how clean the store was. The floors looked good, the shelves were neat, and it didn’t have that weird smell some pet stores can have. It was easy to walk around and find what I needed.
"Refund took way longer than expected"
The return itself was straightforward, so I didn’t have any issues there. But the refund took forever to come through, and after a while you start wondering if anyone is even processing it
"Helpful enough, depending on who you ask"
I stopped in looking for food ideas for my older dog since he has a sensitive stomach. The staff were friendly and seemed like they wanted to help, which I do appreciate, even if I wasn’t totally convinced by everything I heard.
One employee seemed to know what they were talking about and gave me a couple suggestions that sounded reasonable. But then someone else gave me slightly different advice, so I left feeling a little unsure instead of more confident.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, and I can see them being helpful if you get the right person. I just think the knowledge level might depend on who’s working that day. Three stars feels about right.

"I’ve ordered from Natural Pawz a handful of..."
I’ve ordered from Natural Pawz a handful of times now, and overall I’d say the site is easy to use. The categories are laid out in a way that actually makes sense, and I can usually get to my dog’s food without having to click around forever. Checkout has been straightforward too, which I appreciate.
That said, I’m not totally sold on how smooth the whole experience is. Some pages load slower than I’d expect, especially when I’m on my phone, and it gets a little frustrating if I’m just trying to reorder quickly. It’s not bad enough to stop me from using it, but it’s definitely noticeable

"Always out of stock but still bugging me"
I’ve tried ordering my usual dog food twice now, and both times it was unavailable. A bunch of stuff just says “coming soon” forever, which is really annoying when you’re just trying to buy the same bag every month. What makes it worse is the constant reminders to reorder, even though the item isn’t in stock. Like, why keep pushing me if I can’t actually buy it?

"I was happy with how..."
I was happy with how much they had to choose from. Lots of food and treats, and they even carry the ones my picky dog actually likes, which is always a win... Everything was easy to find too, so I didn’t have to wander around forever.
"Order came wrong the first time"
I ordered a few dog treats and a bag of food, but somehow ended up with the wrong flavor and one item missing. Shipping itself was fine, so I’m not sure where things got mixed up, but it definitely feels like the order wasn’t checked very carefully. Customer service did get back to me, just slower than I would’ve hoped. Not exactly the best first experience
"Fair prices, but shipping could be better"
I thought the prices were reasonable for what I needed. Not the absolute cheapest out there, but the quality feels solid enough that I didn’t mind paying a bit more. My only real complaint was the shipping cost, which felt a little high. I also try not to rely too much on customer service with places like this, so I’m glad everything showed up fine and I didn’t have to deal with that.

I wasn’t happy with this at all. It felt cheap right out of the box, and it ended up breaking way sooner than I expected!!
